Global Partners was
founded in 1997 in response to the growing recognition that an opportunity
existed for those organisations that were truly committed to providing
exceptional customer service.
We began working with
some of Australia's leading companies including Telco's, Utilities, Finance
Institutions, Retailers and Technology companies, and saw first hand what
could be achieved with a clear focus on customers.
Much of our work revolved
around call centres which have been the primary means of customer contact,
but has since grown to incorporate the Internet and e-mail.
Our objective is not
to focus on what the competition is doing, rather, what you should be
